We rented the Parione Apartment from Federico in December of 2011. It was delightful. Charming, comfortable, clean, safe, affordable, and central in the historic heart of Florence. So much better than a generic hotel room - a pleasure to have a kitchen and room to move around. Federico was a pleasure and easy to work with. Grazie! |

We stayed in the Via Vigna Nuova and rent 2 appartments for 4 with 7 people. Very nice apartment, better than what we expected, perfect follow-up and organisation, very clean and excellent situation. Recommended. |

Our family of five stayed in the Ernesto apartment for three days in Florence. It was not only in a great location, but very comfortable with excellent wifi. Federico was extremely accommodating, and had some great suggestions on nearby places to eat and see. Highly recommended! |

I traveled to Italy alone. Thanks to the help of Signor Federico Pieri of Agency E.T. I was able to secure a wonderful and safe apartment in the Duomo area. The apartment was so charming, I hated to leave it. Federico was also very helpful and patient with my many questions while planning my trip. He and his staff did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. |

We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Ricasoli apartment. The location was ideal, with everything within easy walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and very livable. It really felt like a home away from home. Those were things we expected from the photographs on your site. What suprised us was the
size of the terrace and how it made the apartment feel like a cottage on a hilltop high above the street.
Although it was too cold to eat outside, I will treasure forever the memories of our little girl out on the terrace pushing her dolly in a stroller with the Duomo in the background. When we return to Firenze in a year or two, we will look forward to renting the apartment again. regards and best wishes for the holidays,

We have been using Federico Pieri at economytravel@libero.it for almost ten years consecutively. We stay the entire month of October in Florence. We have never stayed in any of his villas as we prefer to be in the center of town. (Florence). Some apartments we have stayed in only once, other apartments we've returned to the following year. All apartments were exactly what he said they would be and suited our needs. Federico has always been very helpful, pleasant, answering all our emails and phone calls promptly and in very good English! He is always available whenever we need him. And, he has always negotiated the best price for us. It is always a wonderful experience working with him and living in his apartments and we will continue to rent from him for all our upcoming visits to Italy. We always highly recommend Federico to all our friends who are travelling to Italy.
